In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Cecilia Tement. Cecilla Tement is a Transformational Story Coach, Master Life Coach, Trauma Recovery Specialist, Award Winning Author and Motivational Speaker. She has worked extensively as a community outreach officer, child advocate worker, event planner and fundraiser. In this episode we discuss coaching, trauma and victimhood, manifesting, healing relationships, being an author, self-love and transformation.

Cecilla Tement is a Transformational Story Coach, Master Life Coach, Trauma Recovery Specialist, Award Winning Author and Motivational Speaker. She has worked extensively as a community outreach officer, child advocate worker, event planner and fundraiser. Having lived through child abuse and growing up with traumatic experiences from her past, Cecilia decided to rewrite her past to change her destiny. She now uses her personal story as inspiration to fuel her journey in helping to change people’s lives.

Cecilia Tement is a Master Life Coach, Transformational Story Coach, Trauma Recovery Specialist, Award Winning Author and Motivational Speaker. She is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Radio and Television Arts Program and has worked extensively as a community outreach officer, child advocate worker, event planner and fundraiser.

Her journey from pain to redemption is chronicled in Cecilia’s award winning children’s book, “If I Could, I Would: A Child’s Journey from Abuse to Hope.” It has already been heralded as a breakthrough literary piece that tackles the difficult subject of domestic violence. The tone is honest, yet palatable for all audiences including young children. The takeaway for the reader is a feeling of not being alone and finding a renewed sense of hope.

Cecilia now uses her personal story as inspiration to fuel her journey in helping to change people’s lives. She has dramatically shifted her clients from feeling like victims, to understanding how to RELEASE their old story, DISCOVER their true story and LIVE their authentic story. She believes that with help, hope and love, anyone can heal their story, from the inside, out.
