In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Analucia Beltran. Analucia is the founder and owner of Analucia Beltran Diamonds. Analucia spent 10 years working on a cruise ship travelling the world. It was there her love affair with jewelry began. Analucia is known as the "Queen of Diamonds" a nickname given to her during her tenure at TSC Canada. She founded Analucia Beltran Diamonds in 2020. In this episode we discuss diamonds, jewelry design, the process of how lab grown diamonds are created, legacy, family, inspiration, intuition and finding your passion/mission and purpose in life.

Analucia Beltran is a Peruvian-Canadian Jewelry Designer, who is known as the “Queen of Diamonds” She was given this nickname while working at The Canadian Home Shopping Television. She spent 10 years working in the cruise industry while travelling the world. During those years she entered the world of Fine Art working as an Associate Art Auctioneer for Park West Gallery onboard Carnival and Royal Caribbean as well a Port & Shopping Guide, entering the Diamond and Luxury Goods Industry in the Duty Free World, working for Onboard Media (a LMVH company) onboard Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises. She started hosting live shopping shows that were televised onboard the cruise and creating her own content for the internal shopping networks onboard the cruise lines, as an independent contractor, promoting brands such as Hearts on Fire Diamonds, Phillip Stein, Hublot, Cartier, Diamonds International, EFFY among others. In 2020, she officially became the founder and designer of her own Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry Brand: Analucia Beltran Diamonds: Real Diamonds for Real Women ™ launching the brand in Canada and the US.
