Ashley Snowball and Sasha Parrell Episode
In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guests are Ashley Snowball and Sasha Parrell. These ladies are the creators and founders of Born Legacy who’s mission is to build a community of women who support, uplift and empower each other to heal from traumatic experiences in order to live a life of fulfillment. In this episode we discuss trauma, substance abuse, redemption, Tony Robbins, community and turning pain into power.
Sasha & Ashley met in 2011 while walking some very destructive paths. This way of life led them to multiple traumatic experiences through violence, drug addiction, rape, prostitution and other forms of abuse. They had no idea that they were capable of attaining anything more. After numerous breaking points and near-death experiences, they FINALLY hit rock bottom.
It wasn't until, as Tony Robbins straight shoots it, "The fear of staying the same outweighed the fear of change" that they REALLY got they NEEDED to take back control over their lives.
Since that time, they have dedicated their lives to intense personal and professional development in order to overcome the psychological effects of their traumas and to break through limiting beliefs. As others witnessed their miraculous transformations, they began to reach out asking for guidance on how they could make such transformations.
Sasha & Ashley began to extract the most profound insights and tools that they had discovered through traditional counselling, seminars, workshops, courses & educational platforms, as well as their own personal breakthroughs. This powerful duo then compacted them into a series of workshops to lead other women from states of victimization to lives of empowerment. Thus, Born Legacy was created!
