In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sandra. Sandra is a business consultant and leadership coach. In addition to this, she is the founder of Sandra in the Sity she is a seasoned professional with extensive senior leadership, strategic development, contract negotiations and is a champion of transformations. In this episode we discuss the importance of relationship building, inspiration, being an effective leader and giving back to the community.

The recipient of the 2017 Emerging Leader Private Sector Award by Customer Service Professionals Network Canada for her ability to inspire, influence, lead change and develop optimal performing teams is one of the key accomplishments in Sandra Lisi's career.  As the founder of Sandra in the Sity she is a seasoned professional with extensive senior leadership, strategic development, contract negotiations and is a champion of transformations.

It is her passion and purpose to share with you her experiences as a Leader in both the private and public sectors. 30 years of learning, experiences, challenges, promotions, projects, team building, growth and successes have led her to the true vocation of teaching what she has experienced and learned with others. 

Sandra is well known and respected for her strengths in building excellent relationships on 3 key pillars.  She is an advocate for removing barriers by understanding the challenges and applying agile approaches to move rapidly while understanding any risks and ways to address them.

Being active in her community is something she loves and giving back in ways that are meaningful to her include drives for local womens and youth shelter as well as supporting groups such as The Purse Project of York Region.  Sandra is also an Executive Member of the Catholic Women’s League of Canada in her community Parish where she continues in the footsteps of her grandmother who was a founding member 50 years ago.

Sandra In The Sity has been a dream come true for her, it is where she gets to share all of her experiences with women who may be trying to navigate the corporate world, or returning to work after being at home for some time, those who want to grow as leaders in your community and getting more involved or igniting your solopreneurship into high gear.  She is vibrant, energetic and passionate bringing that excitement and energy to the Leadership Coaching platform she has created.
