Sabeena Bubber Episode

In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sabeena Bubber. Sabeena is an award winning Mortgage Professional with Xeva Mortgage, working from her office on the North Shore in Vancouver. In this episode we discuss everything from linguistic programming to raising daughters to measurements of success to 100 brokers to working to live.

Sabeena Bubber is an award winning Mortgage Professional with Xeva Mortgage, working from her office on the North Shore in Vancouver.

After a very successful eleven year career in corporate finance, Sabeena sought to be her own boss and became an independent mortgage professional in 2004.

Sabeena has been recognized among the Top 75 Brokers in Canada by the CMP Magazine, ranking 50th in the country. Among many other nominations and awards, she was most recently recognized by the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association of BC for the Community Service Award.  In February 2020, Sabeena received the Community Service Award from the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association of BC.

In 2019, she was the winner for Outstanding Philanthropy and Community Service at the CMA’s as well as being a nominee for Community Service at the Mortgage Awards of Excellence.  She was also a recipient of the 2019 Inspiration Award from WIMI.   Sabeena was named as a finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year in 2015 and again in 2016, while her brokerage Xeva Mortgage won Best Newcomer in the Canadian Mortgage Awards in 2015. She has also been a recipient of the Verico Chairman’s Club and Top Broker at Xeva mortgage in volume for numerous years.  She has been recognized numerous times as a Woman of Influence, a distinction handed to the select few women who have greatly impacted the Canadian Mortgage Industry by laying the path for other women to succeed. 

Sabeena’s passion project she started in 2016 when she founded 100Brokers.org, an organization that aims to raise $40,000 annually for Canadians in need.  100 Brokers has contributed over $100,000 to families, individuals and charities in need of assistant.   

Sabeena is a certified coach in NeuroLinguistic programming, TimeLine Therapy ® and certified in Hypnotherapy. Most importantly, Sabeena is mother of two high school age daughters who own her heart.  She is conscious of being a great example to her daughters every day.  They are her true passion.
